1. Try before you buy

2. Refund eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
- The issue must be a verifiable technical problem we cannot resolve.
- You must allow our support team a reasonable window to troubleshoot.
- Refunds are not granted for change of mind once the line is active and working.
3. Technical issue handling

4. Non-refundable situations
- Slow or unstable home internet connection.
